For many years I have been aware of the propaganda being spread by the news media as part of children’s indoctrination which follows a distinct pattern. Two examples are ‘Robin hood ’and that originally delightful ‘Wind in the Willows’.
The original Robin Hood had him robbing the tax collectors and returning the loot to its rightful owners; a noble deed, don’t you think? Over the years this has changed to robbing the rich to give to the poor (socialism). Wind in the Willows, nowadays pictures the nasty weasels as land developers. Socialism once again, no one should own private property.
I have just watched, courtesy of SSANZ, a tax payer funded television advert putting hunters in a bad light. We have been portrayed as criminals shooting around houses, with the parents telling their children that they are not to watch hunting movies.
This could not happen in NZ where so many people hunt with their children. Think again mate, this totalitarian government wants our guns so that they will have absolute power.

Many of you will have enjoyed the movie ‘Hunt for the Wilder People’ which starred ‘Chardonnay Socialist’ Sam Neil. The story is closely based on Crumpie’s book, ‘Wild pork and watercress’. In the book the nasties are park rangers, but not so in the film.
The baddies here are depicted as hunters, causing one or two bums in the Te Anau cinema to shuffle in their seats. This is a hunting town and I think Barry had a low opinion of National Park rangers, probably formed during his time as a deer culler.
This movie annoyed me but not as much as that TV advert. How blatant can you get? We are being shown in the same light as some pretty low characters.
I have sent in a complaint to TVNZ hoping that the advert will be pulled. I call on all gun owners to send in a complaint and at the same time consider becoming a member of COLFO or SSANZ.
The passing of the latest laws means registration is a grim reality and this is only being pushed so that when they know what guns we have, they can take them from us.
Stefan Molyneux said ‘Communism is the virus Covid 19 in the way it is spread.’
